Consistently good products
This isn't my first Smithey purchase; I've bought a few items over the years. This time I got the No. 12 Flat Top Griddle. Like my previous skillets, the quality is exactly what I've come to expect – perfectly smooth and ready to use. Nice skillet, good for eggs
I got the No. 8 Cast Iron Skillet a few weeks ago and it's pretty sweet. Made eggs in it this morning, came out perfect. Shipping took like 5 days to get to my place in Ohio, which was a little slow, but not a huge deal.

Needed a smaller pan so I got the No. 8 Cast Iron Skillet. It's a nice little skillet, good for eggs or a single serving. Came pretty fast, about 4 days to reach Austin. Packaging was fine. No complaints, just a good solid pan.
Good skillet, delivery took a bit
I ordered the No. 10 Cast Iron Skillet and it's a solid piece of cookware, definitely heirloom quality as they say. The skillet itself is fantastic, super smooth and cooks evenly. My only minor gripe was the shipping time; it took 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a little long compared to other online purchases. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about the tracking, so that was good. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase but quicker shipping would make it a 5-star experience.
Great Dutch Oven, long engraving time
I decided to splurge on the 5.5 Quart Dutch Oven, and opted for engraving since it was a gift for my sister. Ordering was straightforward on their website. I got an email confirmation right away. The Dutch oven itself is beautiful, really heavy-duty and the enamel finish looks perfect. However, the engraving added quite a bit to the processing time. It took about 10 days before it even shipped out, and then another 4 days to reach Austin, Texas. I knew engraving would take longer, but it felt a bit extended. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the status, which was good. The quality of the product is top-notch, though, and it was well-received.

I just got the Carbon Steel Farmhouse Skillet and I absolutely love it! It's so smooth and feels amazing. I cooked dinner in it the first night, and it performed beautifully. It arrived pretty fast too, like 3 days after I ordered it. I'm already thinking about what else I want to get from Smithey. Definitely recommend them!

I ordered the No. 12 Cast Iron Skillet. The product itself is excellent, very smooth finish and feels like it will last forever.
